Hat Fella Productions provides real estate media services, including photography, video walkthroughs, QR code generation, and branded property landing pages. We host and deliver media content on behalf of real estate professionals and their clients.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of any property listings, photos, videos, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your buyers.

You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content; to interfere with the Service's operation; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.

6. Analytics and Buyer Contact Requests

The Service collects anonymous engagement data such as QR code scans and video plays to help you understand buyer interest. When buyers submit contact requests through walkthrough pages, that information is forwarded to you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription and Fees

Certain features may require payment. Fees are billed as described at signup and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, we will cease hosting your content subject to our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hat Fella Productions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
